The grip is genuinely ergonomic — not marketing speak. After peeling a kilo of potatoes there's no hand fatigue. My old metal peeler was giving me cramp.
Sharp out of the box. The reversible blade means my left-handed partner can use it too. That's rare.
Red looks brilliant in the kitchen. It stays out on the counter rather than getting buried in the drawer.
