Return & Refund Policy

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund. No questions asked.

Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Items that have been used, damaged, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

The following items cannot be returned: downloadable products, gift cards, and items explicitly marked as non-returnable at time of purchase.

How to return

1. Email hello@elementhome.net with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply within 1 business day with a returns authorisation and the return address.
3. Post the item back using a tracked service. We recommend keeping your proof of postage.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days.

Return postage

Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, in which case we'll cover the return cost.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving the return. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, email hello@elementhome.net within 14 days of delivery. We'll arrange collection and send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
