Where we ship

We ship within the United Kingdom only. We do not currently ship internationally.

Free delivery

Free standard delivery on all UK orders over £75. Orders under £75 are charged at £3.99.

Delivery times

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Standard delivery takes 3–6 business days from dispatch.

You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order leaves us.

Next-day delivery

Next-day delivery is available on orders placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday. Select at checkout. Charged at £6.99.

Missing or damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within 10 business days of your dispatch notification, email us at hello@elementhome.net with your order number and we'll sort it out.
