Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Standard UK delivery takes 3–6 business days. Free on all orders over £75.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
We currently ship within the UK only.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll sort it — replacement or full refund, no questions asked.
Returns
What's your returns policy?
30 days. No-quibble. If it doesn't work for you, send it back for a full refund. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Use the contact page and we'll send you return instructions within 24 hours.

Are your products genuine HAY?
Yes. Everything we sell is authentic HAY — sourced directly.
Do you have a physical store?
Online only for now.
Can I get a discount for buying multiple items?
Yes — bundle deals apply automatically at checkout. Kitchen Designer Trio (Toaster + Kettle + Coffee Pot) saves £20. Living Room Essentials Set (Portable Lamp + Ceramic Vase + Outline Cushion) saves £25.
Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can change orders before they're dispatched.
I haven't received a confirmation email.
Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, contact us and we'll resend it.

How do I make a purchase?
To make a purchase at Element:
- Browse our collection of premium home accessories and furniture on elementhome.net.
- Click the "Add to Cart" button for the item(s) you want.
- Go to your shopping cart to review your selections.
- Proceed to checkout and provide your shipping and payment details.
- Confirm your order – you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Once an order has been paid for, you will recieve an email confirmation of your order. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will also receive an email containing tracking information. If you have not received confirmation, send us an email at customerservices@elementhome.net
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
Yes! If your order has not left our warehouse, send us an email at customerservices@elementhome.net with your order number and new address.
Shipping & Returns
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. International shipping costs and delivery times vary by location. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes.
WHAT IF I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Contact us immediately at customerservices@elementhome.net. If your order has not been shipped yet, you can send us your new shipping address and we can update this for you. Note, we may not be able to do this if your order has already left our warehouse, but we will try our best to assist you.
What is your return policy?
To return an item:
- Ensure it’s unused, in its original packaging, and within 30 days of delivery.
- Contact us at customerservices@elementhome.net to initiate the return.
- Ship the item back using a trackable method (return shipping costs are your responsibility).
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days once the item is received and inspected.

Delivery times may vary depending on individual product availability. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery.
